Edward French - The Future of The Industry

Join me and Erik as we sit down with no other than Edward French to talk about the industry. I had the privilege of meeting Mr. French in person at a conference back in 2015 and ever since then I have been a fan following his content on social media.

During this episode we cover many aspects of the industry including the concept that Ed coins as Melting ICE which refers to how you should look at your used car inventory. We also spend some time discussing the future of the industry and we get Ed’s perspective on some of the new technologies like Digital Retailing and the delivery concept where customers can get there vehicles delivered with no physical interaction at the Dealership.
